Wellness Workshop: Forming Healthy Sleep Habits

Description: Join Marian Trattner from the Office of Health and Wellbeing as she talks about the importance of sleep and how to create healthy sleep habits! During the session, attendees will learn about best practices for sleeping and learn about Sleepin' Deacon, WFU's annual sleep challenge. Attendees of the workshop will receive sleep kits.
