SPRING Transactional Law Competition Interest Meeting

Back by popular demand, the TLC is offering our first ever Spring Competition. This shorter Competition is designed to address practical skills of all lawyering, including creating short memos for clients to understand and review, responding to changing circumstances, and advocating for client interests as they arise and change. Individual competitors will participate in 1-2 phases of competition: First, drafting a short memorandum on an issue raised by our Fall universe. Second, the best drafters will be invited to negotiate in a March Madness-style bracket. Registration in the Spring Competition will be capped. |
