"If you aim at nothing, you'll hit it every time." - Zig Ziglar. In order to be a good leader you need to develop a plan for your team. Leading without a plan is creates frustration, but leading with a plan creates excitement and results in success. Strategic planning is also a key part of success for individuals in their personal and professional lives. In this session, Dr. Rigney and Dean Nicholson will use lessons from Alex Honnold's ascent of El Capitan-as captured in the film Free Solo-to teach you about how to create a dynamic strategic plan including an opportunity to practice strategic planning with a team. Lunch is provided from Viva Chicken for all attendees. |
