Missy and Joanne both practice in Poyner Spruill's Financial Services group, representing financial institutions, banks, and corporate entities. Missy Jaskolka's practice focuses on debt financing, asset-based lending, accounts receivable and factoring arrangements, real estate financing, single bank and syndicated credit facilities, intercreditor arrangements, financing to private equity backed companies, acquisition financings and low income housing tax credit financing. Joanne Wu assists clients with a range of bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters. |
