| Description: | The Environmental Law & Policy Clinic, alongside partner organizations, is hosting the Heirs' Property Practitioner Network Inaugural Conference, a national resource group for lawyers whose practices focus on heirs' property, land with cloudy title as a consequence of intestacy. Panel sessions will take place all day Friday, October 27 and much of Saturday, October 28 in Room 1302, and will cover title search, professional ethics, client management, and litigation. Faculty are invited to attend these sessions. |
