The Sager Speaker Series will feature Keir D. Gumbs, Chief Legal Officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. Before Broadridge Keir served as Deputy General Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary of Uber Technologies, Inc., where he oversaw Payments, Finance, Real Estate and Commercial Transactions, Corporate Governance, Marketing, ESG, Capital Markets and related matters. Wake Forest University School of Law will host Keir Gumbs, Chief Legal Officer of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., as a distinguished guest of the fall 2022 Sager Speaker Series. The Sager Speaker Series is named for Wake Forest alumnus Thomas Sager (JD '76), former vice president and general counsel for Dupont Co., and current partner at Ballard Spahr LLP. |
