Description: Professors James C. Phillips and Josh Blackman join the Federalist Society for a virtual panel discussion about their recent article, "Corpus Linguistics and Heller," which recently appeared in Volume 56 Issue 3 of the Wake Forest Law Review. The article applies corpus linguistics analysis to evaluate the Supreme Court's 2008 decision in D.C. v. Heller, and the forthcoming panel discussion will address this topic as well as the utility of corpus linguistics analysis more broadly.
