Pro Bono Wills Project Drafting Clinic

| Description: | This project focuses on assisting low-income clients in drafting their will under the supervision of seasoned attorneys. During a clinic, students will meet with clients, listen to their wishes regarding how they want their property distributed after death, and walk them through the drafting process. Students will conduct intake interviews with clients, then will draft the wills. Students and clients will meet again on November 13, 2021 and the document will be signed and notarized in the presence of a licensed attorney. |
