Dr. Grace Ji-Sun Kim, a prolific author, speaker and scholar whose work has garnered both nationwide and worldwide acclaim, will speak to students and the public on Embracing the Other (Eerdmans, 2015), her most recent book. Her research areas include climate change, interfaith dialogue, racial conflict, Asian American feminist hermeneutics and Asian religions. A light lunch will be served. For this lecture, she will specifically ask and answer the question: How do we work toward healing, reconciliation and justice among all people, regardless of race or gender? |
