| Description: | Shauna Barnes (JD '10) is Off-Centered General Counsel for Dogfish Head Companies. She is responsible for all legal matters involving Dogfish's brewery, cidery, pub, inn and distillery, but focuses most of her time on advising Dogfish on alcohol regulatory and distribution issues, managing Dogfish's trademark portfolio, and negotiating contracts on behalf of the brewery and its affiliates. Prior to joining Dogfish, she was an associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice group at McDermott Will & Emery. |
