Big Money in Politics: Why Does it Matter and What can be Done?

Description: Join the Wake Forest College Republicans and the Wake Forest College Democrats for an engaging bipartisan discussion of one of the most contentious issues currently facing our democracy, 'Big Money in Politics.' The discussion will begin with a screening of the film "Pay to Play" and will be followed by a discussion of these issues and possible solutions. Speakers include: Jared Sossin (Moderator; President and Founder of No Labels); Dr. David Coates (Worrell Chair in Anglo-American Studies, Department of Politics and International Affairs at Wake Forest) and Pam Clough (Impact Campaign Organizer, BA '14).
