Shannon Walsh; Speaker on Domestic Violence in Central America

Description: Shannon Walsh is a professor at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She has done extensive research on the issue of domestic violence in Central America and is coming to Wake Forest to speak about her work on transnational advocacy networks and their impact on women's policing. This talk will be great for those interested in domestic violence, women's rights, international law, political frameworks, and much more. Lunch will be provided.
