Teen Court Academy Training Session

| Description: | Teen Court Academy is made up of high school students who act as the attorneys during Teen Court. This is the inaugural year for Teen Court Academy. Members will learn trial techniques from Mike Silver and Matt Breeding, two district attorneys with years of trial experience. After lunch, we will break into small groups and have a mock trial for each group. Students will get to act as attorneys and perform an opening and closing statement. They will also get to question a defendant. Pizza and t-shirts will be provided for each Academy member. Membership will be capped at 25 students so sign up soon! Any law student interested in Teen Court is highly encouraged to attend this event. |
