The panel will feature Professor Nathan Fleming (WFU Law), Professor Anthony Michael Kreis (Georgia State University College of Law), and Professor Richard W. Painter (University of Minnesota School of Law). The panel will explore how the U.S. Constitution shapes, and is shaped by, the dynamics of democracy and power in contemporary society. Panelists will examine current legal and political developments through a constitutional lens, with attention to institutional authority, individual rights, and the rule of law. The conversation will highlight how constitutional principles are being tested and interpreted in today's shifting legal and political landscape. |
