Girl Scout Mock Trial

| Description: | Women in Law and Pro Bono are excited to invite Girl Scouts in grade 6 - 8 to participate in this year's Girl Scout Mock Trial! In this 5-week program, Girl Scouts will learn trial basics like Trial Structure, Opening/Closing Statements, Cross-Examinations, Objections, and more while working on a criminal case based on the hit movie Wicked! The program will meet at Wake Forest University School of Law on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 pm and will be led by current law school students and professors. Program sessions will be held on March 5, March 19, March 26, and April 2, and will culminate with a full Mock Trial on April 9. |
