CASE Academy: The Multiple Choice Question - As A Study Tool and As An Assessment

Date: Tuesday, November 4, 2025
Time: 12:00 - 1:00 PM
Description: This workshop explores how multiple-choice questions (MCQs) can serve a dual purpose in law school: not just as a form of assessment, but also as a powerful learning and study tool. We'll examine how practicing with and dissecting MCQs can reinforce legal reasoning, highlight gaps in understanding, and build exam readiness. Participants will learn strategies for using MCQs to actively engage with course material, test comprehension, and promote long-term retention. We'll also break down common question structures and distractors to help you approach MCQs with greater confidence and precision on exams. By the end of the session, you'll understand how to make the most of multiple-choice questions throughout the semester, not just to prepare for the test, but to deepen your learning along the way.
