| Description: | The Maritime Law Society invites Mr. Charles McCotter, a maritime attorney from North Carolina, to speak at Wake Forest Law. Lunch will be served during our conversation with Mr. McCotter, followed by a Q&A. Mr. McCotter has decades of experience in maritime law as a trial attorney, mediator, arbitrator, and former Magistrate Judge. He is currently based out of New Bern, North Carolina, but has traveled for work to Georgia, South Carolina, New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, and New York. Mr. McCotter is a member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the Maritime Law Association. |
