The Transactional Law Competition ("TLC") is beginning its annual Fall 2024 competition. The TLC is a transactional focused Wake Law event that gives the law community an opportunity to practice/gain skills in transactional work (contract formation, contract redlining, and negotiation). The initial interest meeting will give more background to the TLC, the fall 2024 problem, and how to participate!
