| Description: | The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) organization gives Wake students the opportunity to learn from and work with members of the community to help low income individuals complete their state and federal taxes free of charge. Wake Law partners with the Experiment in Self-Reliance (ESR) - a non-profit that helps low-moderate income individuals. This is truly a great way to see measurable impacts in the Winston-Salem community - and you do not need prior tax experience to create tax returns for the individuals that we work with! |
