| Description: | The purpose of this period of instruction is to familiarize future lawyers with the basics of firearms laws in order to equip them with the tools necessary to effectively and zealously advocate for their clients and their personal beliefs in the manner objectively consistent with the law. Topics covered will include: federal firearms laws, state laws for purchase, transfer, and carry, self defense, and estate planning for firearms. |
