Law School Deconstructed - Participation and Performance

| Description: | This is the second installment of our Wake BLSA Grading Deconstructed Series. The purpose of this event is to focus on the aspects of the learning environment that affect student performance when it comes to grades that aren't anonymous. During this event, we will look at various areas that count towards participation such as class participation, group work assignments, discussions of cases in class, interaction with professors during office hours, etc. The goal is to analyze the different experiences that students have and how that might impact student performance when it comes to issues of race, sex, sexual orientation, and other personal and cultural identifiers that could influence a student's performance. |
