Pro Bono Wills Project Intake Clinic

| Description: | Through the Wills Project, law students assist clients in drafting their wills under the supervision of seasoned attorneys. During the clinic, students conduct intake interviews to determine their client's wishes regarding how their property will be distributed after death and walk them through the drafting process. Students then draft the wills accordingly. A few weeks later, students and clients will meet again for the document to be signed and notarized in the presence of a licensed attorney. |
