Description: The Wake Forest Pro Bono Expungements Project will be hosting a call-in clinic. During the clinic, students will take calls from the community and begin the intake portion of the expungements process. Clients will communicate their conviction and dismissal record. Students will make a preliminary determination about whether or not an individual qualifies for an expungement. No prior training is necessary and all Wake Forest Law students are welcome to participate. For more information on how to participate, please contact Katherine Eschels, Darrien Jones, Henna Shah, or Andrea Schwehr. This event will count for student pro bono hours.
