This event will feature 3 attorneys from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) who contributed to the landmark Supreme Court decision, Bostock v. Clayton County. These attorneys worked with Aimee Stephens, a plaintiff whose case was consolidated into the Bostock opinion. Stephens was hired at a funeral home as a male but was terminated upon informing her employer of her intentions to transition to female.
