The American Constitution Society is proud to host Associate Justice Mark Davis of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. Justice Davis has an exciting new book that analyzes the history of North Carolina's highest court and compares it with the famous Warren Court. Justice Davis will speak about the expansion of individual rights in the state under former Chief Justice Exum, and provide a unique insight into the workings of the state's judicial system.
