Adjunct Professor and Trial Team coach Mark Boynton will review the basics of presenting an opening statement and a closing argument: developing a theme and theory from a set of case facts, weaving that theory throughout the presentation, and moving around the courtroom. 1L Trial Bar competitors are strongly recommended to attend. |
