Join Joe Allman (JD '86) for the Wake Forest Summer Practice Series class, "Approaching the Deal."
This class will provide an overview of commercial real estate transactions involving the purchase and sale of office and industrial buildings, including approaches and strategies for successful negotiations and outcomes. It will subject the participants to the musings and stories of a seasoned lawyer as we examine relevant contract documentation such as brokerage agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent and purchase, and sale agreements.
The Summer Practice Series offers online classes that are designed to grow the practical skillset of law students. These classes, which are free of charge to all Wake Forest Law students, are 2-4 hours long and taught by faculty and alumni.
