| Description: | Professor Shannon Gilreath will participate in a discussion about history and sexual identity. The event is free and open to the public. Professor Gilreath will join former WFU History Professor Robert Beachy, author of "Gay Berlin: Birthplace of a Modern Identity," and current history professor at Underwood International College at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Professor Beachy will discuss the 19th century German invention of homosexuality and the way sexual identity evolved during a turbulent time in German history. |
