Carolina Summer Externship Information Session

| Description: | Please join Professor and Director of Clinics Steve Virgil for an informational meeting regarding the Summer 2016 Carolina externship program. It is a four-credit experience-based course that provides rising 2L and 3L students with placements in law offices across North Carolina. Placements are available in Charlotte and surrounding cities - although students may find their own placements in other locations as well and students have found placements in several other cities, in South Carolina and Georgia as well. We have a very compelling list of host offices lined up for Summer 2016 that includes privately held companies and public traded corporations. During the summer students work with practicing attorneys for four to five weeks while also taking part in a class one evening each week. Classes are held on-line allowing students to take part from any office location. The externship program should interest students who are seeking to gain relevant experience during the summer. |
